Which areas does Vastu Construction serve?
Our office is in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. Our vision is to serve small and medium customers located in cities, towns and villages — our projects include homes at Ichalkaranji, Kagal, Takawade, Khotwadi and an industrial unit at Tilwani.
What does “Lock n Key” construction mean?
Lock and Key construction means we handle everything from design to completion and deliver a fully finished structure, ready for use — you receive the keys to a completed building.
Can I take only design, Vastu planning or estimation?
Yes. Vastu planning, 3D designs, steel & structure designs, estimation & costing, building permission and documentation work can each be taken as a separate service.
Do you provide labour-only construction?
Yes. In a labour-only contract you provide the materials and we provide a skilled workforce under professional supervision, at competitive market rates.
Do you help with building permission?
Yes. We help with the documentation, drawings, submission process and post-sanction compliance for building permission.
Will I get an estimate before construction starts?
Yes. We prepare a bill of quantities, material takeoff, labour and equipment costs and a project budget, so the cost is clear before work begins.
Do you also handle renovation and maintenance?
Yes. Along with new construction, our specialisations include building renovation, building maintenance and building permission.
